In the search for a clean summer scent I was on Youtube watching one of my Favorite up and coming Reviewers (Nikhil’s Frags), When he recommend Ajmal Silver Shade. He said that this was the best clone of Creed’s Silver Mountain Water.
The price point was great and Ajmal is a house that has been around for a while so I gave it a shot.
Presentation
I really do like this bottle. Very clean “silver shade” lol, just like the name. Heavy fits good in the palm and the sprayer is excellent really get a great amount of juice on your skin. Great job Ajmal!
Notes & Scent
Top Notes: Violet leaf, Plum, Black currant, Lime, Bergamot and Lemon
Middle Notes: Rose, Jasmine and Iris
Base Notes: Cedar, Sandalwood, Tonka bean, White musk, Ambergris and Civet
Man this scent is blended so well! From top to bottom I am very impressed with what Ajmal has put together very natural and not synthetic at all!
When I first smell this scent I immediately get the Silver Mountain Water Vibe. A hint of floral notes mixed with Bergamot and subtle notes of lime. Once it dries down, the White Musk kicks in mixed with the Ambergris really bringing the Creed SMW feel. The main notes I smell are a great creamy White Musk mixed with Bergamot, Ambergris, Lime and slight florals. This is the best clone of Silver Mountain Water I have smelled so far. It really gives you that clean mountain air feel when your are wearing it.
Projection
This is where Ajmal Silver Shade really drops the ball. The projection on this fragrance is really weak. I get noticeable projection for the first 3 hours and after that it really becomes a skin scent. I really wish this scent would project more
Longevity
Again, Ajmal drops the ball on longevity as well. While it’s not as bad as the projection this scent really does not last on my skin. I get a maximum 6 hrs from this fragrance. With this scent, if you want to extended the longevity, you will need to spray on your clothes and hair.

Very Versatile fragrance, A Man or a Women could definitely wear this. Once it dries down it becomes a really clean scent that won’t offend.

My Overall Feedback on Ajmal Silver Shade
I really like this scent. It is blended so well and for the price you are basically getting Silver Mountain Water for a fraction of the price. Ajmal has put solid ingredients into this gem and every note smells very natural and not synthetic at all. My only problem is with longevity and projection. I wish this would last longer on my skin no compliments yet
Is it worth buying?
I would say if you're looking for a clone of Silver Mountain Water then it's worth buying. I paid $40 shipped on Ebay. I have smelled other clones (Silver Al Rehab ) and this is much better way more natural smell.

I like this scent. Its really fresh and not overly suffocating. Blended really well. 3 out of 5 for me.
Ever since I was young, I have always loved to smell great. Cologne head all the way. Now that I am older I still love going to the mall or local shops to smell the latest fragrances. Always looking to make my collection of scents larger :)
