Insurrection Pure 2 Reyane TraditionInsurrection Pure 2 by Reyane Tradition is called by some as the “Aventus killer” and by others as a puppy dog trying to take the big dog down. Whenever I hear about Aventus clones my ears perk up, Aventus is my one of my all-time favorite fragrances but good lord it’s expensive. Finding a comparable clone of the fruity batches of Aventus would be a GOD send, but after trying a handful of clones they always seem to disappoint. I did review on Club De Nuit Intense Man, and that so far has been the best Aventus clone in my opinion but it’s a clone of the more smokey batches. Can Insurrection Pure 2 live up to the hype or will it fall flat on its face, let’s dive into this review and find out! Reyane Tradition has officially beat every clone company on notice, I have never seen a better presentation and bottle design from a fragrance under $30. When I received my package for a split second I thought they sent me a book. The case for ISP 2 resembles a book, with the words Insurrection along the edge and Pure on the bottom right hand corner. Along the edge of the case is a tag with its logo that makes Insurrection Pure 2 case slide open like a secret compartment displaying its beautiful bottle. Reyane Tradition even took the time to have a bottle release strip, with matching logo at the end of the ribbon done nicely in silver. The bottle on Insurrection Pure 2 is really nice, Reyane Tradition makes you feel like you purchased a $100 fragrance. The bottle matches the case it comes in, with hints of silver and white. Starting with the cap it’s pretty solid with the Insurrection logo centered. Along the side of the its white and transitioning clear bottle is a silver strip saying Insurrection II. Now in my opinion the most important part of a bottle is its sprayer and Reyane did a great job, this sprayer really give the perfect amount of juice on your skin. Reyane Tradition hit a homerun with the Presentation and Bottle design! Top Notes: Middle Notes Base Notes: The moment it all boils down to, does Insurrection II Pure really smell like Aventus?? When I first apply ISP2 I get a heavy blast of Pineapples, Apples and Birch. The top notes come off semi synthetic but man this really does smell similar to the fruitier batches of Aventus, with its mix of Pineapples and Birch. Unfortunately, the top notes seem to disappear within 30 minutes, and what shame because Reyane Tradition really nailed its take on the fruity Aventus batch. The Middle and Base notes stay very linear, mostly Birch with small hints of the opening Pineapple. I also get subtle notes of Patchouli and Apple. It’s really a shame that Insurrection Pure 2 Top notes wear off so quickly, in my opinion it’s what really made this fragrance. Overall I would say Insurrection II Pure is 75% Aventus, but with more synthetic notes. Insurrection Pure 2 is not the “Aventus Killer” but for the price it’s not a bad fragrance that smells similar. Insurrection Pure II projects well for the first 2 hours, giving you a decent scent trail. But similar to the top notes it really dies quickly, after about the 3 hour mark ISP2 really becomes a skin scent. I would imagine for the price that the concentration of oils has to be really low. But what do you expect from a fragrance you can purchase for under $30. Not the best in the performance category. Insurrection Pure 2 is all bark and no bite I get a solid 6 hours of longevity out of ISP2. I tend to go light on the trigger with most of my fragrances, applying about 3-4 sprays should give you ok performance. Don’t expect Aventus like 12 hours but for the money it’s not bad. I would recommend spraying a couple of sprays in the morning then reapplying during lunch to make this hang around most of the day. Basic longevity nothing like Aventus Season: Any Season Age Group:18+ Very versatile fragrance, C’mon they’re copying one of the most versatile fragrances ever Aventus! But in all honesty, this can really be worn in pretty much any season and occasion. I can see anyone over the age of 18+ wearing this. Really versatile fragrance that can be worn in any season (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My Overall Feedback on Insurrection Pure 2 Reyane TraditionOverall I would say Insurrection Pure 2 is a great value. It might not be the best overall clone of Aventus (I still think Club De Nuit Intense Man is ) but for the money you can’t beat it. I mean come on I paid $25 for my bottle, and for that price, the presentation and bottle design are really impressive. As I have said before in the past, if you’re looking for Aventus and can’t afford a bottle save your money and buy a small decant. That being said Insurrection Pure 2 can be a great gift for a friend or family member, but for me, I prefer the real thing. Brooklyn's FeedbackAfter the first spray, I thought this was going to be really strong, however, after about 5 minutes, it calmed down and I really love this fragrance on X. It’s a little sweet for me, but not overbearing. Even after a full day of work, I can still smell him as soon as he walks through the door. My score for Insurrection is 4 out of 5. ScentLion Review ScaleEver since I was young, I have always loved to smell great. Cologne head all the way. Now that I am older I still love going to the mall or local shops to smell the latest fragrances. Always looking to make my collection of scents larger :) XavierOur Favorite Video Reviews of Insurrection Pure 2 | Get all the latest reviewsUsers |
